When Calling In or Emailing about your service, it is in your best interest as well as ours, for you to include as much detail as possible. Details such as Photos of the unit(s) being moved, access or egress restrictions, or anywhere you think the movers will encounter difficulty. This also includes if there are time parameters, or potential delays. We like to operate in the most efficient and safe manner, to have you looked after!
HOW CAN YOU HELP?
General Preparedness goes a long way in any industry! If you are able to tackle the "Small Stuff", such as having the Heavy Item(s) easily accessible, or correctly packing your belongings, it will greatly reduce our requirements and assist to have your service completed in a timely fashion!
Are you able to offer assistance to the movers? Unfortunately, we cannot have our clients assist in any physical manner to the service we have been tasked with. Our Teams are trained professionals, and will not put themselves in any position that inhibits the success of any service.
HOW LONG WILL THE SERVICE TAKE?
Each Service requires a its own set of equipment and has its own set of circumstances. The service duration is determined by many factors including but not limited to, access/egress, weight, spacial reasoning, and so forth. There is no standard time frame for any one service, as each Household or Commercial Space provides its own obstacles. Thankfully, we determine the Service parameters by the weight and difficulty, not by time! If Service Duration is a concern of yours, please feel free to share it beforehand, input is always welcome!
